Computer repairs

Our Warranty

We include a 1-year return-to-factory warranty on all our products which covers parts, labor and the cost of re-shipping (via UPS Ground). In addition, we offer the following extended warranty and expedited maintenance add-ons:

  • 1-year extended return-to-factory warranty (standard warranty + 1 additional year)
  • 5-day turnaround maintenance on standard warranty
  • 3-day turnaround maintenance on standard warranty
  • 2-year extended warranty (standard warranty +1 additional year) with 5 or 3 day turnaround maintenance
  • 3-year extended warranty (standard warranty +2 additional years) with 5 or 3 day turnaround maintenance
The costs of the extended warranties are based on a percentage of product list prices. Please call for a quote. Warranty and maintenance does not include Operating System or software problems caused by the user. International shipping excluded; must be bought at same time as equipment purchase. Customer is responsible for returning items for repair to thinENGINE Computer.

Hot Swap Program

As an addition to your warranty, we offer a Hot Swap option in which spare parts or units are kept on hand (per your specifications) as replacements for pieces needing repair. Swapping out a failed part or unit with one in the replacement pool saves you money otherwise lost from downtime experienced while repairs are being made. Adding a tailored Hot Swap program to your warranty provides advanced protection and value to your investment. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Requests

Because repairs are done in-house and products are not sent overseas, we are able to offer our customers substantially shorter repair turnarounds than other industrial computer companies. To return a product for repair, please log in  to your account. For additional information on our RMA policy, please refer to our RMA terms & conditions .


Return Policy

Please contact us directly and obtain an RMA number before attempting to return product. Product must be returned in original or equivalent packaging within 10 days of receipt. Risk of loss and shipping and handling fees for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are subject to a restocking fee.
